Court of the UNITED states: Trump may not use the military money to the wall

A federal court in San Francisco, the UNITED states has ruled that president Donald Trumps government does not have the authority to use money from the military budget to build a wall at the border to Mexico.

It reports NBC News.

With two votes against one supported the judges, that it would be unconstitutional and illegal to transfer 2.5 billion dollars, which Congress has granted to the military.

- These funds were allocated for other purposes, it says.

And it will be in conflict with the constitution, because there is no provision, which gives authorisation to do so.

Judge of the Ninth U. S. Circuit Court of Appeal against the decision, is Daniel Collins. He is appointed by Trump.

President Trump has since the start of his presidency made the building of a wall to Mexico to one of its most important political projects.

He has argued that this would be the most effective weapon to prevent millions of illegals immigrating from central America to reach the UNITED states.

Congress has so far denied the separate grant money to construct the wall.
