"The 23-year-old man who was sentenced to 14 years in prison by the court of appeal for western Sweden in order to cut death of a man outside the City to appeal the ruling to the Supreme court, HD. He requests that the HD should dismiss the indictment for murder, or at least reduce the penalty."
