Competence exchange provides newcomers with job

They are two of the six participants in a pilot project at two hotels – a collaboration between the city of Stockholm and the business community.

" We have an enormous need to recruit, it is our biggest challenge. We need many dishwashers and möblerare, frukostvärdinnor, employees who do easier kallskänksjobb – and for many of our jobs are not Swedish and English is a requirement, " says Ann Danish brewer carlsberg on the hotel chain Nordic Choice.
