Clear ' Yes ' to the Zurich energy composite

The system uses two energy sources from the sewage treatment plant Werdhölzli: the heat of the purified waste water and the waste heat from the sewage Sludge. The composite will be realized in three stages. First, in Höngg and in the territory of the railway line, Altstetten, to the North, a heat - and cold composite built. In a third Phase, will then be areas of the conditions for the development of further Interconnection, in Altstetten-mid-and-South. The connection to the heating network is voluntary. In the end, the composite itself is not to be load-bearing.
