Chaos and risk are too large: Joshua Tree National Park still closed by shutdown

The well-known national park, Joshua Tree in California closes from Thursday the doors for visitors. The park remained until now open during the shutdown, although the lamlegging of the government almost no control over the visitors.

The past few weeks resulted in a lot of national parks chaotic states by the shutdown. The parks remained open, but without much control or maintenance by the park rangers. The visitors were without a ticket to pay to enter, but the bins were not emptied, toilets not clean made, and roadsides and picnic areas not cleaned up. Volunteers tried with might and main, to help where they could, but were as good as powerless.

National parks close normally, when the federal government closes due to a shutdown, but president Trump decided differently. According to new rules to keep the parks open for visitors.
