Cat Tiger came back after two years

A month after Hanna Nilsson and her partner moved disappeared their cat Tiger without a trace. Two years later they were convinced that he was not in life. Suddenly, they were told that the Tiger was found just four kilometres away, writes Smålänningen.

Hanna Nilsson, 23, from Ljungby municipality was looking for a bigger house along with his partner two years ago. Eventually they found a farm just three kilometres away, and brought their two dogs and cat Tiger. In buying a house was another cat that would be euthanized if no one took care of it, reports the Smålänningen.

" They wondered if we could take over him as well. Animal lover as you are so I went with it, " says Hanna Nilsson.

Both of the cats were castrated males, and Hanna thought, therefore, that there would not be any conflicts. It seemed to sue. The cats had no fights in front of the family in all cases. Therefore, were surprised when the Tiger a month later had disappeared.

" We advertised a bit on social media and called our old house and asked if he had gone home there. But there was no one who had seen him so we really thought that he had been hit by a car, " she says.

After a year the family went on. They accepted that the Tiger would not show up again.

Got the reply during the party

On Sunday filled the couple's son a year. In the midst of the festivities the phone rang.

" They called from the Smålandskatten which helps homeless cats. A German couple had found the Tiger just four kilometres away from where we live, " says Hanna Nilsson.

Thanks to the id label could Smålandskatten get a hold of Hanna. The following day, finally they got to meet Tiger.

" I was very, very surprised and shocked. We had never believed that he was in life anymore. It is great that he is back, " she says, and continues:

– Now we keep him inside a while and hope that he understands that it is here he now resides.

Their one-year old son got to meet Tiger for the first time. The cat seems to be less timid than him.

"It has been great, but he is quite cautious so far," says Hanna Nilsson for his son.

Was the cat kept the house in these two years nobody knows but he is in very good condition.

– You can't see that he had been on the run for two years. He is very nice and just as cuddly as before, " she says.
