Big admission: I would torture myself

Tuesday's episode of 'The Voice Australia' offered something of a concession, since Kelly Rowland opened up for her contestant Chris Sebastian.

The 31-year-old Chris told namely his mentor, that he often felt himself transported back to the shadow of his brother Guy.

Kelly Rowland admitted then, that she herself had fought much with the feel in the shadow of a person she loved.

For Kelly, it was about his world-famous friend Beyoncé, who she performed with in the well-known band Destinys Child.

- I know well this feeling. Can you imagine how it is to be in a group with Beyoncé?, it sounded from Rowland.

The well-known singer he further told me that she often had a hard time trusting his own choices, because she would not be compared with his popular girlfriend.

- I would torture myself in my head. I would have to take a certain dress on, because people would say: 'It is like B'. Or that I could not do a particular song, because people would say that it sounded like something she would do. They would always compare us, no matter what, she told.

She admits also in the programme, that the whole situation bothered her.

'I'd be lying if I said no, and that it had never bothered me. It is a lie. There was a whole decade, if I am completely honest, the how it was this elephant in the room. It was something that was always on my shoulders, it sounded.

Kelly appeared already with Beyoncé, since she was nine years old in the group Girls Tyme.

Since the group was to destiny's Child, where the group was insanely popular the world over.

In 2006, they decided to stop the cooperation, but came together again in 2018 in a performance at the festival Coachella.
