Became infamous during the WORLD cup: football fan convicted of violence

The Danish football spectator Martin Bryhl came to people's lips during the WORLD cup in Russia, when he stood up on the TV 2 and said that it was a part of the gamete to throw cups of beer for football games, and he would do it again, if Denmark scored against France.

- He got a tillægsstraf at ten months, because he has some previous decisions, and the relationship had become so old that they should have been taken under the old cases, says his lawyer Mira Kristine Tøfting Jensen, with reference to the fact that the condition goes back to 2017.

But the case should go on, because of the legal judge, was tank.

She went after eight months in prison, while the prosecutor went after 12 months in prison. They have taken time for reflection in relation to the appeal.

The avid DA-fan, who is in the Danish hooliganregister and quarantined from all the stadiums, was sentenced for to occur seven times in the superliga stadiums, even though he was quarantined and not allowed to reside within a radius of 500 meters from the football stadiums in Denmark between six hours and after the match the settlement.

The most serious conditions were, however, three voldsforhold.

He was sentenced for violence at Fredericia Station, Fredericia 10. august 2017, and violence at the tavern the Parrot in Kolding, 29 december, between the hours of midnight and 00.30.

in Addition, he was accused of violence of a particularly dangerous nature of 18. september 2017 at the Jernbanecafeen in Kolding, where he, according to the indictment in the association, or upon prior agreement with another, if the case has to be examined separately, to have attacked the victim with punches and kicks, as they toppled him over the edge and held his arms and legs and beat him several times with clenched fist and kicked him in the head and body while the victim was lying down.

Here came the court, however, Mira Kristine Tøfting Jensen's assertion that there were instead talking about simple violence.

- It was both because of its nature, just as the court found that although the victim had lain down, and there was assigned to the kick, was not sufficient to say that the violence had been so dangerous, that there was serious violence.

She stresses that none of the voldsforholdene was football-related.
