Bagedyst participant puts the studio on the break: Start your own business

There is not used neither hundreds or thousands of dollars on fireworks and confetti at the home of Jon Daniel Edlund, when 2018 gets to 2019.

- There are so many options. I can bake cakes for parties and weddings, but what I am passionate about, is to teach. I love to be in a kitchen - especially together with others. Therefore, it is the way, I would very much like to go, he says.

Bagedyst-the participant has been a part-time job as a teacher in Timm Vladimir's Kitchen, and it fits the food-loving aarhusianer perfect.

- I am interested not only for cakes. My interest in food is wide, says Jon Daniel Edlund, therefore, do not fear to be ousted by kagedamer as Life Martine Hansen, Ditte Julie Jensen and Annemette Voss, who, since their participation in 'The big bagedyst' has been to bake cakes and publish bagebøger.

- I haven't read to learn in three and a half years for no reason, and I would really like to teach in the food. Jon Daniel Edlund has not want to drop her lærerstudie completely - at least not in the first place.

- No! I have great respect for those who go for it professionally, but it is not who I am. When I bake, there is always a certain amount of luck with, when it is successful. And I love that about it. It should be fun in a kitchen. You need to play, and everyone should be able to be with. This is what I love, he says.
