Austrian parliament bans headscarves in schools
In Austria, the parliament has adopted a law that wearing a headscarf in primary schools prohibits. To arm themselves against allegations of discrimination against muslims has the text about "each and every piece with the ideological or religious background that covers the head".

The conservative ÖVP and the far-right FPÖ together a governing coalition forms, there is however no secret of the fact that the islamic headscarf is required. Almost all of the members of the opposition voted against the law. Some accuse the government of it, especially in the media to want to come, instead of working with the well-being of children.
