The suspended Regensburg Oberbürgermeister Joachim Wolbergs, now with but a further corruption of the process. A corresponding indictment has approved the higher regional court (OLG) in Nürnberg on Wednesday - and the decision of the district court of Regensburg repealed, which had seen an "inseparable link" with Tatvorwürfen in the already running process against Wolbergs, and the prosecution is therefore not permitted. The public Prosecutor's office lodged a complaint with the OLG. The OLG evaluated, in turn, the allegations in the second indictment as "independent procedural actions" and, therefore, maintains a second process to be justified.
In the currently ongoing court proceedings, it is well 475 000 Euro, the Wolbergs run SPD fin from the environment of the contractor, Volker Tretzel to the of WHETHER.
