After the shots against the rival: Satudarah-rockers fled to Spain

the COURT IN NÆSTVED, denmark (Ekstra Bladet): Two Satudarah-rockers got speed on, as they, after having shot a man from a rival group in the leg, fled from the scene of the crime to Spain. It believes the police prosecutor.

Both men are accused of the January 7, 2018, to have shot a man in the leg and knocked him in the face on Mosevej in Næstved. The injured man, who is 22 years old, belonging to the rocker-grouping Asgardians 89, which is a support group for the Hells Angels.

The two men recognize Tuesday in Court Næstved belonging to the rocker-club Satudarah MC, but refuses guilty of the charge of shot.

It is the police's belief that the two defendants on, respectively, 28 - and 29-year-old fled from the scene of the crime in the area to Spain. The two defendants disagree.

It was agreed long in advance that we were going down to Barcelona and to celebrate that, some previous prospects, had been full-fledged members, explained one of the defendants in court, and the court thus rejected that the trip to Spain was a spontaneous getaway.

It is only one of the defendants, who wanted to give evidence to the court.

Specialanklager Skipper Pelle Falsted argued, conversely, that the two defendants, had to leave the country in haste, as, according to the charge shot a man in the leg on January 7.

Among other things, he questioned why the two defendants were to reside so long in Spain.

- We have planned approximately one month in order to keep suprisefesten and just to enjoy ourselves and keep the holiday, came the answer from the 29-year-old defendants.

Here sat the prosecutor, what the accused should live on as long as he is not in real work.

the Accused replied that he wanted to make something work - as he himself said, was something which had no relevance in the matter, but he would not cry aloud in Court'.

Several intercepted telephone conversations were played in court. In some of the telephone conversations asked the defendant friends, who were also associated with Satudarah to lend him money, because he 'had not had the time to take enough for the journey - when he had to leave quickly'.

Here explained to the accused that the statement had nothing to do with the fact that he actually had to escape from Denmark.

- We (the two accused red.) raced against Spain, and had a good time, so we decided to take a stop in Berlin. Here we came to party too much, and spent all our money on booze, ladies and drugs. It was why we lacked the money, and I could not say - that is why I chose to say that we have not got to take any money.

After an international search, was the one of the two defendants arrested in an airport in Malaga. Later was also the second arrested in Malaga and extradited to Denmark.

The two men are accused of serious acts of violence, as well as section 81a, the so-called bandeparagraf, which may trigger double jeopardy. It is due to the specialanklager Skipper Pelle Falsted believe that the violence was planned as part of an escalation of a conflict between the two groups.

- It is of my belief that the attack happened in a rocker-bandemiljø. It is the prosecution's assessment that both of the defendants are affiliated with were full members of the Satudarah, and the injured party is affiliated with the Asgardians 89, said specialanklager Skipper Pelle Falsted in court, after which he told of several similar cases in the Næstved area.

There is not yet rendered in the claim of punishment, but on the basis of the charges, the risk, the two men more than four years of prison and one of the defendants, the expulsion of Denmark.

Both men have been remanded in custody up to the trial. The case is assigned to six working days from the notification, and will continue on Tuesday 22 January.
