14-year-old charged with: Æggekast-hunting sent the woman in death

the 45-year-old Silvia Zavalas life ended abruptly on new year's day, when three 14-year-old boys slammed into her car, allegedly under the escape from an angry man in Houston in the u.s. state of Texas.

The 14-year-old boy who was sitting behind the wheel during the deadly accident, was on Wednesday charged with murder and is now in a juvenile prison.

The three boys explained to the police that they had been chased by a man, who had pulled a gun against them, after they had thrown eggs for some cars.

In the attempt to escape the man, the boy was behind the wheel, running a red light, where he hit Silvia Zavalas car from the side. Both cars rolled around and ended up in the ditch.

The 45-year-old woman, who was on his way home after having been shopping, was declared dead at the scene, as police and rescuers arrived.

The 14-year-old 'driver' broken ankle in the accident and had a walk past the hospital, before he came in the police custody. One of the other boys also had more injuries that were not life-threatening. The third escaped unscathed.
