Kjempeetappe by Christiansen

After a good leg of Lars Helge Birkeland, who spent two ekstraskudd and passed in the overall field of management, there was Vetle Sjåstad Christiansen's turn. He delivered a very strong leg, used just one extra shot and passed out from the last shooting in the lead along with Martin Fourcade.

Bø brothers fixed the victory

Tarjei Bø went a very good race on Thursday's sprint, when he went in to second place. He continue storformen of the relay. On first shooting, it was five hits, and the distance down to Russia on the second place was a half a minute.

At the standing shooting was, however, trouble for the eldstemann Bø. He missed his first two shots, but managed to get himself into and it was only with two ekstraskudd. Thus, he sent little brother Johannes Thingnes Bø in the lead, under a second ahead of Austria and Germany.

Thingnes Bø took three ekstraskudd, and also had trouble with the weapon. He went out a just over a second behind the German Doll.

On the last round, there was however no doubt. Where the secured Thingnes Bø cheers for Norway.

Stafettseieren was the first for the season. In Hochfilzen in December, Norway was number two, only beaten by Sweden. The time they went albeit without verdenscupleder Johannes Thingnes Bø.

In Oberhof in the beginning of January, it was a disappointing sjuendeplass for Norway, albeit with a reservepreget layer.
