More Sport Marcel Hirscher (29) has in the Swedish Are his world title in the slalom extended. The stage was all Austrian. The Belgians knew their first run to finish.

After two runs, there was a chrono of 2:05.86 behind Hirschers name. Thus, he was 65 hundreds of a second faster than Michael Matt. The podium was completed by Marco Schwarz, third on 76 hundredths. Friday was Hirscher only second in the giant slalom, behind Henrik Kristoffersen.

Hirscher now has three gold world CHAMPIONSHIP medals (2013, 2017, 2019) on the slalom on his list. This equals he the record of the Swede Ingemar Stenmark, who between 1978 and 1982 and three times in a row to slalomwereldkampioen crowned.

For Belgium trading Tom Verbeke, Dries Van Den Broecke, Kai Alaerts and Sam Maes. They finished, however, not in the first run.
