The 17-Year-old had been beaten in 2016, and had died from the consequences. Now the Prosecutor's office has closed the files. The culprit could not be found, because the witnesses are silent.
Three years after the fatal beating attack on the 17-year-old student Niklas in Bonn Prosecutor's office closed the proceedings without a result. "The perpetrator could not be determined because the entire environment of iron is silent," said the Bonn Prosecutor Robin Fassbender.
The 17-year-old Niklas had been in a fight in may 2016, to death. "We continue to assume that a lot of people know who did it, but no one told us," said Faßbender. Niklas was together with friends after a concert in Bonn-Bad Godesberg to a group of men. The 17-Year-old received a blow to the temple and fell to the ground. Then he was kicked against the head. He died a few days later in the hospital. The fact had nationally taken care of for horror. As the alleged perpetrator, a young man was charged with assault resulting in death. However, the process before the Bonn regional court ended with an acquittal. The then 21-Year-old had denied the allegations.
