my Grandfather Bill Cod was an avid Laurel and Hardy fan, already a small boy onwards, the museum currently have a Mark Greenhall tell.
He collected all kinds of material, and he became ulverston's unofficial Laurel & Hardy-the historian. When tourists ask Stan Laurel, they were told to Bill to know everything about him, just ask him.
Greenhall told me that his grandfather was at home in a small room, where he collected all his material, jerky boys. Eventually, stuff accumulates so much that he decided to set up a small Laurel & Hardy museum in 1984. The current status of the city's only movie theater, the museum moved ten years ago.

Greenhall explains how Stan laurell's road took him to America and how he faced there future partner Oliver Hardy.
Stan's dad owned theaters in the North of England and Scotland. Stan was also interested in the theater area and without telling his father appeared at the age of 16 his father's theater the christmas period pantomiimissa.
