30 g bio quinoa
2 tsp chia seed
1 banana
handful of spinach
1/2 avocado
120 ml) whole milk
100 g yogurt Greek way
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp pistachios
40 g raspberries
40 g blue berries
1. Cut the banana into slices, put in a plastic bag and put at least 2 hours in the freezer. You may have to do the day before.
2. Boil the quinoa is cooked. Drain and let cool. Scoop the pulp out of the half-avocado. Chop the nuts coarsely.
3. Add the cooked quinoa, 1 tsp chia seed, frozen banana, the spinach, the flesh of the avocado, the milk, the yogurt and the honey in a blender and blend smooth.
4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and finish with the remaining chiazaadjes, the nuts and the fruit.
