Verdensetter out of Miami Open

The six fold winner and verdensetter, Novak Djokovic, is out of the Miami Open after a defeat in the ottendedelsfinalen to Spanish Roberto Bautista Agut of 1-6, 7-5, 6-3.

At 5-5 in the second set had Djokovic the opportunity to breake Bautista Agut and thus serve the victory home.

The chance missed the serb, and from there worked Bautista Agut to have superiority in the rest of the two and a half hour long battle.

It was Roberto Bautista Aguts second victory over Djokovic in the season after his victory in Doha.

Roberto Bautista Agut is now to face the two metre tall american John Isner in the quarter-finals, as the defending champion in the tournament.

Now Djokovic to wait for another year to beat the record for the most number of titles in Miami. Right now shares the serb breaking the record of six titles with the american Andre Agassi.

Djokovic is also still a title from Rafael Nadals record of 33 ATP Masters 1000 victories.
