In the past year have identified authorities against three Bavarian police officers because of right-wing extremist crimes. The interior Ministry speaks of individual cases.
Because of right-wing extremist crime, the Bavarian authorities have identified in the past year against three police officers. One of the suspects, the country policeman, the other two were officials of the Federal police, as from the provisional Figures of the land office of criminal investigation (LKA). Last September, two Federal were suspended policemen of their service, because they called in a Rosenheim Local xenophobic slogans and the Nazi salute shown. The police was investigating the colleagues because of suspicion of sedition.
Since the year 2014 investigation on suspicion of right-wing extremist crimes were in Bavaria against a total of nine police officers. In the same period, there were no investigations against colleagues because of left-wing extremism.
The Bavarian Ministry of the interior speaks of individual cases, but I take very seriously. The possible rights of networks to be the Ministry is not known. "We consistently go with all legally available means against misconduct of employees," said a spokesman. He stressed that political education and professional ethics are important components in the training of the police in the free state. This includes project days and excursions to memorial sites included at the time of the national socialism.
