Police warn of new burglar-Trick

With a small strip of foam perpetrators, apparently in an attempt to find out whether residents are out of town.

burglar apparently have a new mesh, to find out whether the occupants of a house are on vacation and you are able to strike. Prior to this, the police now warns in the upper Bavarian district of Ebersberg.

The "foam trick" to push the offender a small piece of foam to the side in the front door. The foam piece is after some time, still in place, knowledge of the burglar, that already longer no more the door opened and the residents are out of town. When you Open the door, however, the foam falls to the ground, and shows that most likely someone is in the house.

The police inspection Poing is calling on residents to register, if you find foam strip or similar - for example, a plastic or wooden piece - in front of your doorstep. The strips should not be handled in the process, so that a securing is possible. Residents should report the request of the police, all suspicious persons to work on the house doors.
