- It has been incredibly exciting and instructive. I got a month and a half of full-time together with Troels (Bech, ed.), and it was great to have him to lean on.

- I learned the workflow and the people in the club to know, and it did, that it was a completely natural transition, since I 1. January stood as the official sports.

- I have been in this world for many years, and in that I had the time, together with Troels, is there not something that has really surprised me. It is a job, where there are many balls in the air.

- In my time as a player we were number one, but there are clubs that have done well, and the competition is fierce.

- FCK is good, and FC Midtjylland has come to, but I'm still Killin it same as then: As a topklub with a winning mentality and a fantastic fan base.

- After a period of time, where the results were not so good, we are back in the top 3, and there we shall be. With the brand and the opportunities we have, we must establish ourselves in the top 3.

It was a deliberate strategy, that we did not so much, for we have a wide squad. We reinforced us with Simon Hedlund, who has got a really good start. He brings something dynamic and something extra speed and målfarlighed.
